How to File Your PPP Loan with Firstrust

  1. Determine your eligibility. The SBA has published various guidelines with respect to business/industry eligibility.  Check here to see if your business is ineligible and meets the employee size requirements.
  2. Calculate your eligible amount. You will be required to include your calculations with your application. You may be able to get this information by working with your payroll company, CPA or you can use our small business calculator and self-employed calculator
  3. Fill out the SBA application found here: Click to Download. Follow the instructions carefully and make sure that all information is completed.
  4. Collect supporting paperwork, including Beneficial Ownership. The single most important thing you can do is to make sure that all required documents, schedules and information are complete and attached with your application.   5. Email all documents to your relationship or branch manager. When you have completed the application and have gathered all of the necessary paperwork, email your loan application and all required documents to your Relationship Manager, Branch Manager or, if you do not have a Banker, you can email firstsite@Firstrust.com or call 800-220-2265 to be connected with a Loan Specialist.

After you submit your application, you will get a confirmation of receipt.  

Next Steps

  • Upon receipt, we will review your loan application
  • Once deemed complete it will be entered into the SBA loan system
  • Once approved, you’ll be asked to sign the loan documents
  • Funds will be deposited into your Firstrust Bank account
